TERMS & CONDITION FOR TAXI

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate details for the booking (pickup & drop time, location, and destination).

• The fare will be calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges (such as tolls fee or peak-time charges).

• Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or through any supported electronic payment methods.

• All Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The taxi service is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in additional charges for repairs.

• The driver will wait up to specified time at no extra charges. After this period, additional waiting charges will be applied.

.  Smoking, consuming alcohol, or engaging in illegal activities in the taxi is prohibited.

. Client should not be involved in Road rage and should follow  traffic rules strictly.

• Passengers may bring luggage, but it must fit safely in the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to refuse luggage that may be unsafe or exceed capacity.

• The company may refuse service if the passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or posses a threat to the driver or the vehicle & others.

• The taxi service is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of the driver.

• Complaints should be submitted within 24 hours of the ride to the company’s email id.

• The taxi service reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of state of Goa.

• Any disputes between agency and customer will be settled by the virtue of arbitration law of state of Goa

• Customer agrees to all the terms and condition specified by the agency on or before availing any services .     

• If the cancellation is made prior to 7 days of the booking than 50% of the booking will be refunded 

• Refund Within 15 business days after cancellation.

• Include any processing fees that may be deducted from the refund.

       SELF DRIVE

• All the above terms and conditions are applicable for self drive.
• ALL RATES ARE ON PER DAY BASIS FROM 9:00AM TO 9:00AM.
•  VALID DRIVING LICENSE AND ADHAR CARD MUST BY SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKINGS.
• CLIENT SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED WITH THE ROAD RAGE AND SHOULD FOLLOW THE  TRAFFIC RULES STRICTLY.
• CLIENTS ARE ADVISED NOT TO DRIVE UNDER THE BANNED SUBSTANCES AND IF FOUND GUILTY THE CLIENT WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBLE.
•   INCASE OF ACCIDENTS THE REPAIR COST WILL BE BOURNE BY THE RENTAL/ CLIENT.
• SECURITY DEPOSITE WILL BE COLLECTED IN ADVANCE AS PER THE MODELS OF THE CAR.
